The Shelbourne Hotel Llandudno Seafront Hotel, is a 15 Bedroom family-run hotel situated in the centre of the iconic Llandudno Promenade on the beautiful North Wales Coast.
The hotel has stunning views from all bedrooms that are above the ground floor, sea views over the two Ormes or over to the mountains of Snowdonia from the rear-facing rooms.
Notable on-site facilities include a dining room and bar with a panoramic view over Llandudno Bay, guest car park at the rear or the property (available to direct bookers with the hotel) and a lift to all floors in the hotel. Guests are kept sustained with the tastiest of traditional Welsh breakfasts.
The hotel came under the ownership of Sarah and Berin Jones in the spring of 2019, they having previously run a smaller Award Winning 4 Star Guesthouse in the centre of Llandudno.
The couple live on the premises and ensure that all guest needs are attended to and have a wealth of knowledge about things to see and do in North Wales, that they love sharing with guests, ensuring everyone gets the most from their visit to North Wales.

A particular highlight is the car park which is only available to guests booking direct with the hotel, (rather than through one of the booking agents).
The hotel has very recently invested in a very ‘smart’ water heating system that ensures all rooms have the best quality of supply at all times. It also very efficient able anticipate demand and saving on heating water when it is not going to be required.
Attention to detail with guests is key, asking for their preferences for breakfast the night before. Ensuring that food waste is minimized.
Sarah and Berin have great relationships wih local suppliers for fish, meat and veg. These suppliers in turn source from North Wales farms whenever possible. The couple can also share their extensive knowledge from the sampling of local wines, beers and spirits!
